Escargo for groups and multi-site operations

More than one site is a different problem

The end state: every site on one system, with group roll-up reporting that still breaks down to each location. Several locations, years of records, staff who work across sites, and systems that already talk to each other. There is no honest way to price that from a table, so we start by understanding how your operation actually runs.

No standard multi-site price is published on this page, because a real one depends on your locations, your migration and your integrations.

What actually gets more complicated

Running five sites is not running one site five times. These are the areas that decide whether a rollout works.

Locations

  • Sites that run differently from each other
  • Oversight across all of them without taking control away from the people running each one
  • Work moving between sites
  • Reporting that rolls up and still breaks down

People

  • Technicians, drivers, service advisors and admin
  • Staff who work across more than one site
  • Who can see what, and who can approve what
  • Accountability that survives someone leaving

Workflows

  • Bookings, estimates and approvals
  • Jobs, labour and parts
  • Purchasing and supplier accounts
  • Recovery, and vehicle sales where you do it
  • Invoicing, payments and reconciliation

Migration

  • Customers, vehicles and service history
  • Inventory and supplier records
  • What is worth bringing and what is not
  • A staged transition rather than a weekend switch

How an implementation actually runs

The path below is the shape of the work. We do not publish durations for it, because the honest answer depends on your data and your sites — and a number invented here would be the first thing to turn out wrong.

  1. DiscoveryWe go through how work actually moves today — who takes the booking, who approves the extra work, where the parts come from, what happens at each site. Before anything is configured and before anyone quotes a number.
  2. Workflow mappingYour operation written down as it runs, not as a diagram of our software. This is where the differences between your sites usually surface.
  3. Data and migration reviewWhat you hold today — customers, vehicles, service history, inventory, suppliers — what can come across, what needs cleaning, and what honestly should not travel.
  4. ConfigurationLocations, services, pricing, hours, permissions and roles set up against the mapped workflow.
  5. Team setupPeople, roles and what each of them can see and do. Accountability is a configuration decision, not an afterthought.
  6. TrainingThe people who will use it every day, on your own configured system rather than a demo dataset.
  7. Controlled go-liveOne site or one workflow first, with the old way still available, until the day is genuinely running on Escargo.
  8. ReviewWhat is actually being used, what is not, and what needs changing. This is also where a Growth Baseline is captured.

What we will not tell you

We will not quote an enterprise price before understanding your operation, promise a service level we have not agreed, or claim an integration exists when it does not. If something you need is not built, you will hear that during discovery rather than after signing.
